Our Chinese Sausage is made using premium cuts of free range Sirin Farm Kurobuta pork, real pork casings and a signature 5-spice blend for a delightfully sweet and savoury flavour. Delicious on its own as well as in congee or fried rice.
Store in the freezer (-18C or colder) for up to 6 months. Before cooking, slowly thaw overnight in the refrigerator or defrost in the microwave. Store any uneaten cooked sausages in the refrigerator (0-4C) for up to 7 days.
