Our Pork Frankfurters are made by filling real lamb casings with premium cuts of our free range Kurobuta pork and then smoking with local teakwood chips in our specialty cabinets. You’ll never go back to regular frankfurters again!

Storage Instructions
Store pork frankfurters in the freezer (-18C or colder) for up to 6 months. Before cooking, slowly thaw overnight in the refrigerator or defrost in the microwave. Store at (0-4C) until you are ready to eat. We recommend consuming within 2-3 days of thawing.
