Our Smoked Streaky Bacon comes from the deliciously marbled pork belly of our Sirin Farm Kurobuta pigs. This artisanal bacon is dry-cured in a homemade spice blend for more than a week before being naturally smoked with Teakwood chips in specialty cabinets. Perfect for a hearty breakfast or as a smokey addition to your favourite recipes.

Storage Instructions
Store bacon in the freezer (-18C or colder) for up to 6 months. Before cooking, slowly thaw overnight in the refrigerator or defrost in the microwave. Store at (0-4C) until you are ready to use. We recommend using within 2-3 days of thawing.
