Tender, juicy and flavourful, our premium marbled Striploin is perfect for the grill or roasting in the oven. Sirin Farm Beef comes from predominantly grass-fed cattle raised naturally without antibiotics or hormones as certified by the Thai Livestock Department.

Storage Instructions
Striploin can be stored in the freezer (-18C or colder) for up to 6 months. Before cooking, slowly thaw overnight in the refrigerator or defrost in the microwave. Store at (0-4C) until you are ready to use. We recommend using within 2-3 days of thawing.
