Sirin Farm minced beef comes from our Charolais-Black Angus crosses for a succulent, marbled meat perfect for your favourite recipes. Simply thaw, cook and enjoy!

Certified OK by the Thai Livestock Department, our beef is free from antibiotics and hormones. Our cattle are predominantly grass-fed with access to the green pastures of Northern Thailand.

Storage Instructions
Store minced beef in the freezer (-18C or colder) for up to 6 months. Before cooking, slowly thaw overnight in the refrigerator or defrost in the microwave. Store at (0-4C) until you are ready to use. We recommend using within 2-3 days of thawing.
