Sand Whiting fish a small-sized fish with delicate translucent white flesh. Its small size makes it perfect for deep-frying with turmeric or garlic to achieve a crispy texture that can be enjoyed whole. Ethically sourced from local fishermen in Trang from the Andaman Sea. Harvested sustainably. Preservative and Antibiotic-Free.

Storage Instructions
Store Sand Whiting fish in the freezer (-18C or colder) for up to 6 months. Before cooking, slowly thaw overnight in the refrigerator or defrost in the microwave. Store at (0-4C) until you are ready to use. We recommend using within 2-3 days of thawing.
