Soft, flaky and easy-to-cook, our Barramundi Fillet (also known as Asian Sea Bass) is delicious when pan-fried, roasted or steamed. We proudly source our sea bass from small local farms who focus on sustainability and protecting natural ecosystems.
Store in the freezer (-18C or colder) for up to 6 months. Before cooking, slowly thaw overnight in the refrigerator or defrost in the microwave. Store at (0-4C) until you are ready to use. We recommend using within 2-3 days of thawing.
