Our delicious Unsmoked Picnic Ham is made by wet curing the whole shoulder of our free range Kurobuta pigs for more than a week in a special blend of spices. Enjoy on your favourite sandwich or pasta dish.

Storage Instructions
Store picnic ham in the freezer (-18C or colder) for up to 6 months. Before cooking, slowly thaw overnight in the refrigerator or defrost in the microwave. Store at (0-4C) until you are ready to use. We recommend consuming within 2-3 days of thawing.
