T-Bone Steak (280-320g)
Tender, lean and meaty, our mouthwatering T-Bone steak is cut from our predominantly grass-fed Black Angus-Charolais crossbreed cattle in the north of Thailand. Certified OK by the Thai Livestock Department, Sirin Farm Beef is free from hormones or antibiotics.
Store steaks in the freezer (-18C or colder) for up to 6 months. Before cooking, slowly thaw overnight in the refrigerator or defrost in the microwave. Store at (0-4C) until you are ready to use. We recommend using within 2-3 days of thawing.
