Smoked Picnic Ham (200g)
Our Smoked Picnic Ham is made from the whole shoulder of our free range Kurobuta pigs. which we wet cure for more than a week in a special blend of spices before naturally smoking with local teakwood chips. Try it on its own or added to spaghetti carbonara.
Store picnic ham in the freezer (-18C or colder) for up to 6 months. Before cooking, slowly thaw overnight in the refrigerator or defrost in the microwave. Store at (0-4C) until you are ready to use. We recommend consuming within 2-3 days of thawing.
