Our free range Sliced Pork Collar is a delicious and easy to cook in soups or hot pots. Sirin Farm beef is free from antibiotics and hormones and certified OK by the Thai Livestock Department.

Storage Instructions
Store in the freezer (-18C or colder) for up to 6 months. Before cooking, slowly thaw overnight in the refrigerator or defrost in the microwave. Store at (0-4C) until you are ready to use. We recommend using within 2-3 days of thawing.”
