Our premium Brisket comes sliced and ready to cook in your favourite shabu or hot pot broth. Our beef is certified OK by the Thai Livestock Department and is free from antibiotics and hormones.

Storage Instructions
Store in the freezer (-18C or colder) for up to 6 months. Before cooking, slowly thaw overnight in the refrigerator or defrost in the microwave. Store at (0-4C) until you are ready to use. We recommend using within 2-3 days of thawing.
