Our Kurobuta Pork Loin is sliced and ready for your favourite hot pot or shabu recipe. Sirin Farm pork comes from our certified organic pig farm and is raised naturally without hormones or antibiotics.

Storage Instructions
Store pork loin in the freezer (-18C or colder) for up to 6 months. Before cooking, slowly thaw overnight in the refrigerator or defrost in the microwave. Store at (0-4C) until you are ready to use. We recommend using within 2-3 days of thawing.
