Our premium Ribeye Steak is juicy, fatty and extremely tender. Made from our crossbred Black Angus and Charolais cattle, this extra savoury cut shines on the grill or in the pan. Sirin Farm Beef is certified OK by the Thai Livestock Department and raised naturally without antibotics or hormones.
Store ribeye in the freezer (-18C or colder) for up to 6 months. Before cooking, slowly thaw overnight in the refrigerator or defrost in the microwave. Store at (0-4C) until you are ready to use. We recommend using within 2-3 days of thawing.
