Rich in nutrients and flavour, our free range pork marrow bones are ideal for making pork stock and soups. Sirin Farm Kurobuta pigs are raised naturally without antibiotics or hormones on our certified organic farm.
Storage Instructions
Store pork marrow bones in the freezer (-18C or colder) for up to 6 months. Before cooking, slowly thaw overnight in the refrigerator or defrost in the microwave. Store at (0-4C) until you are ready to use. We recommend using within 2-3 days of thawing.
