Our Kurobuta Pork Belly is rich in flavour and perfect slow-roasted or fried and crispy, Sirin Farm free range pork is raised naturally without antibiotics or growth hormones on our certified organic pig farm.

Storage Instructions
Store in the freezer (-18C or colder) for up to 6 months. Before cooking, slowly thaw overnight in the refrigerator or defrost in the microwave. Store at (0-4C) until you are ready to use. We recommend using within 2-3 days of thawing.
