Our delicious Paris Ham is made from the whole hind leg of our free range Kurobuta pigs and wet cured for more than a week in our signature blend of spices. Enjoy as part of a hearty breakfast or your favourite deli sandwich.

Storage Instructions
Store Paris ham in the freezer (-18C or colder) for up to 6 months. Before cooking, slowly thaw overnight in the refrigerator or defrost in the microwave. Store at (0-4C) until you are ready to use. We recommend using within 2-3 days of thawing.
