Soft, juicy and lean, our beef tenderloin is predominantly grass-fed and certified OK by the Thai Livestock Department, meaning no antibiotics or growth hormones.
Store beef tenderloin in the freezer (-18C or colder) for up to 6 months. Before cooking, slowly thaw overnight in the refrigerator or defrost in the microwave. Store at (0-4C) until you are ready to use. We recommend using within 2-3 days of thawing.
