Barramundi Head and Tail (800-1,000g)
Add our Barramundi heads and tails (also known as Asian Sea Bass) to seafood stock or curry for a sweet and delicate fish flavour. Our fish is sourced locally from sustainable farms in the north of Thailand.
Store in the freezer (-18C or colder) for up to 6 months. Before cooking, slowly thaw overnight in the refrigerator or defrost in the microwave. Store at (0-4C) until you are ready to use. We recommend using within 2-3 days of thawing.
